Sign in with Microsoft
OAuth single sign-on for everyone in your tenant. Entra ID groups can map to AdviserAlly roles on Partner plan.
Outlook calendar bookings
Real-time availability from Outlook / Exchange. Bookings drop straight into the user calendar with the right time zone.
Teams meeting links
Every booking can include a Teams meeting URL automatically — no copy-paste, no expired links.
Outlook read-only for Sally
Connect Outlook with Mail.Read so Sally can summarise inbox messages and propose CRM tasks — never send from your mailbox.
How to set it up
- Open Account → Integrations → Outlook (read-only).
- Sign in with Microsoft and grant Mail.Read (read-only).
- Ask Sally in Colleagues to summarise unread mail or propose tasks from deadlines.
- Sign-in with Microsoft (SSO) remains available separately from mailbox access.

Yes — AdviserAlly can send and receive on behalf of a Microsoft 365 shared mailbox if the connecting user has Send-As permission.
Is Entra ID (Azure AD) supported?
Yes. SSO is available on Team and Partner plans. Group-to-role mapping is on the Partner plan.
